Irish Rose Tattoo is a tattoo and piercing shop at 9 East Ave, Unit A, Westerly, Rhode Island 02891. When this page says “we” or “the shop,” it means Irish Rose Tattoo. It covers this website and the booking form. It does not cover paperwork you fill out in person at the shop, such as release and consent forms, which are handled under Rhode Island Department of Health rules.

What this privacy policy covers

Most visitors to this site give us no personal information at all. You can read every page, look through the gallery and check prices without filling anything in. Personal information only reaches us if you choose to send it, usually through the booking form, or if you call, text or email the shop.

Information you send us

When you submit the booking form, we receive:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the artist and appointment type you chose;
• your description of the tattoo or piercing, placement, size and the days that work for you;
• any reference images you attach;
• how you found us (for example Google, Instagram or a friend), which helps us understand which kinds of outreach work.

The form asks you to confirm you are 18 or older. Please do not use it to send health information beyond what is needed to plan your appointment.

How the booking form works

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you press Send request, your form submission is received by the site’s booking service on Cloudflare and passed to the shop’s customer management system at app.irishroseri.com, where your artist reads it and replies. At the same time, an email notification with the details of your request and any reference images is sent to the shop through Resend, an email delivery service. Cloudflare, the CRM provider and Resend process the information only to deliver and store it for us.

Cloudflare, like any web host, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser details, for security and to keep the site running.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites. It gives us totals, such as how many people viewed the aftercare page this week, not information about any individual visitor. This site does not use advertising trackers or social media pixels.

How we use your information

We use what you send to reply to your request, quote your tattoo, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up about healing or touch-ups. We may look at lead-source totals to see how people find the shop.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Booking requests and the messages that follow are kept in the CRM while you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can look up past work, touch-ups and quotes. Requests that never turn into an appointment are deleted periodically. Records connected to an actual tattoo or piercing are kept as long as Rhode Island health regulations require.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. You can also ask us to stop texting or emailing you at any time.
