Irish Rose Tattoo runs this website so people can see the work, read prices and aftercare, and request appointments. These terms are written in plain language. If something here is unclear, call or text (401) 555-0100 or ask at the counter.

Using this website

You may browse, print and share pages from this site for personal use, including the tattoo aftercare sheet and piercing aftercare guide. Please do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it, attempt to break or overload it, or use the booking form to send spam, harmful files or anything unlawful.

We try to keep prices, hours and artist availability current, but information on the site can change without notice and may occasionally be out of date. If something matters to your plans, confirm it with the shop.

Quotes and bookings

Prices on the site, including the ranges on the pricing page, are typical figures, not offers. Sending a booking request does not create an appointment. A quote from your artist is not binding until you and the shop have confirmed the design, size, placement and date. If any of those change, including on the day, the quote may change too, and your artist will tell you before starting.

Tattoos are quoted flat per piece, never hourly, with an $80 shop minimum. Your artist may decline any request, for example if the design will not hold up at the requested size, if the placement is unsuitable, or if the content is something the shop does not tattoo.

Deposits

Work quoted over $500 requires a deposit of at least $50 to hold your date. Deposits are non-refundable and come off the final price of the tattoo. If you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit moves with you to the new date. If you cancel, or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited. Work quoted at $500 or under does not need a deposit.

Age requirements

You must be 18 or older, with valid government photo ID, to get tattooed. There are no exceptions, including with parental consent. For piercings: lobes from age 8 with a parent or guardian present and ID for both; other piercings at 16 and 17 with a parent or guardian present and both IDs; nipple and genital piercings 18 and over only. Content ownership

Photographs, artwork, text and the Irish Rose Tattoo name and logo on this site belong to Irish Rose Tattoo or its artists. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission. Custom designs are drawn for your tattoo; the artist keeps the copyright in the drawing itself, and you are of course free to wear, show and photograph your tattoo. The shop may photograph finished work for the gallery and social media; tell your artist if you would rather it not be posted.

Reference images you send are used only to plan your work, as explained in the privacy policy.

Health and aftercare

Information on this site is general guidance, not medical advice. Follow the aftercare instructions your artist gives you, and see a doctor if you think a tattoo or piercing is infected. Healing results depend partly on aftercare and on your own skin, which the shop cannot control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Irish Rose Tattoo is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Rhode Island consumer protection law.

Terms of use and governing law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any dispute about them or about the website will be handled in the state courts of Rhode Island.
